We collect information that you provide directly, that we obtain automatically, and that we receive from organizations using our platform. **Account and profile data:** When you register as an organization admin, staff member, or family/parent, we collect name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile or organization details you provide (e.g. business name, address, phone). **Class and booking data:** We store data related to terms, classes, camps, drop-in classes, schedules, enrollments, trials, waitlists, and bookings. This may include student names, ages, class selections, attendance, and payment-related identifiers. **Payment data:** We do not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We may store billing-related metadata (e.g. last four digits, payment status, transaction references) as needed to support invoicing, refunds, and payment schedules. **Usage and device data:** We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, and log data (e.g. pages visited, actions taken) to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and improve our product.

These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. **Legal and safety:** We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or to prevent fraud or illegal activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.
